Hiking "The walk of the weaver"

In the countryside of Martelotte and Plouys along the Belgian border, enjoy the peace and quiet of the Wattrelos countryside. This one and a half hour walk will take you from farm to farm to discover the life of the home weaver at the end of the 19th century. These weavers, who were very numerous in Wattrelos, carried out their weaving activity in their small house in order to supplement the family's income. You will discover their habitat, their hobby and other anecdotes throughout this walk.
